this is a msdos program which copeis files. it is a virus if it is under ur username in the taskmanager process. it is copied itself so u cant delete it. it makes ur windows bulky and slowdown. best way to stop this is....
first> stop process cmd.exe from taskmanager
second> search for xcopy.exe in C dirve (Operating system Drive)
third> before deleting this file, stop process xcopy.exe
fourth> now delete xcopy.exe
u r done.
