It's a trojan virus that acts as a virus software updater. Popup blocker can't stop it and neither does my current updated virus software. It infects your files while doing a fake virus scan trying to get you to buy the virus software. The virus software is named Live Antivirus, or Antivirus Live. I haven't found a way to get rid of it yet.
