Developed by 'VERITAS Software' but now owned by 'Sonic Soloutions' the process tfswctrl.exe is a common occurence due to the fact that DLA is packaged with the majority of CD and DVD recording drives.

DLA is either pre-installed or ready for installation on PC systems produced by: Dell, HP, IBM, Sony and Toshiba.
