I think that this process is the cause of many others in my (last week) freshly installed system. Processes like kiss,wmpnetwk,spoolsv, and many others keep popping up in the task manager, and even a vnc client called winvnc4.exe.
Very annoying ,I reinstalled windows last week because of this.And now its back. It probably sneaked to one of my flash drives laying around here.
