It has something to do with one of those fake anti-virus malicious software products that want you to buy something to protect your machine when they are the one's infecting it. It goes with agent.exe. The fake dialogue box that opens as the desktop comes on goes away when the pc.exe process is ended. A quick fix until something permanent is done. Oh - windows explorer goes too, the task bar, icons, etc so you have to run the explorer.exe file from task manager after you kill the pc.exe file.
